I was also disappointed to keep reading of the same weight loss success of a woman named "Erin" as I was convinced there must be other stories, besides just weight loss, that are inspirational!!!
I wish i could return it.
The recipes are very easy to follow - and I was surprised how much I actually ate in a day - and still lost weight. I now use the recipes in conjunction with the fast diet as I don't always have time to prepare food - so the '2' days give me a break. The combination of which feels sustainable, enjoyable and most importantly delicious and quick.
