The formatting of this story for an eBook leaves a lot to be desired. It has no indentation at the beginning of a chapter - causing large blocks of text to appear and not being able to separate the chapters makes for difficult reading. Some typographical errors have been missed when proofread/edited. Errors with punctuation when dialogue used was quite annoying. And the story was penned in a stop-start manner with many sentences being of three, four and five-word duration.
As to the storyline, I found it to be the corniest of any book I have ever read. The author must have been chasing the female audience as the tale more resembled that from a Mills & Boon romance novel than a Western. The author spent too much time telling of his gun knowledge.
The storyline was ever so predictable and all the villains received their just desserts while the heroes enjoyed everything falling into place for them. Another 'and they all lived happily ever after' tale. Not for me.
