A most enjoyable WW2 story,at times very moving. Unusually the novel deals with the equal plight of ordinary people during war time in both England and Germany; a balance not often struck.I would have given a higher score if the heroine, Helen, had not been such an implausibly perfect character.I would not describe " Somewhere Over England " as a literary wonder, but as an avid reader of war novels,I found it an enjoyable reading experience.

Somewhere over England, what a book, absolutely amazing the detail that Margaret has has found to keep us readers hooked, I've still 70 pages to go before finishing, and I know that when the last page arrives i'll not be happy on finishing my book, this is the first book that I've read of Margaret Graham, and I'll be looking to read all her others, thank you Margaret for many hours of great read.

What an absolutely brilliant book by Margaret Graham. This gives a perfect insight into the everyday lives of German , English, and American people. It just goes to prove that there are good and bad in all nationalities. Who knows one day there may be no more need for war. Please God it might happen.
