Product Description

The line between retribution and vengeance is often just as thin as the line between love and hate.

Cillian feels his life was stolen from him and is out for revenge. Grieving and seeking retribution for the death of his twin sister, August is easy prey. Cillian latches on to his grief and feeds into it, using the Outkast as a weapon to strike out at the family that abandoned him. When August learns the truth behind his sister's death, everything changes.

Hector arrives at House Gaeland for a wedding, only to wind up in the middle of an unexpected war between brothers. He finds himself inexplicably drawn to an Outkast with hair as fiery as his temper. The immediate, intense, and mutual attraction stirs up an entirely different set of issues. To be together, August and Hector will need to thwart the most evil of plans and accomplish the most daring of rescues, all before Cirian follows through with his threat to drop August off the side of a cliff.

The people of House Gaeland have endured much, and yet, there is more trouble on the horizon. A birth and a wedding are far too much happiness for the universe to allow, so to level the playing field, the devil must add his cards to the deck. Violence begets violence and Cirian is perfectly willing to take a dagger to his brother, if need be. Will he feel the same if the blood spilled belongs to someone much closer to his heart?

Snapped is the third book in the Opposites series, the series must be read in order. It is an adult, dystopian majorly M/M series that encompasses all manners of relationships (including M/F and F/F). In this world logic is irrelevant, love is key, and things get broken—just ask Aiyan and Kaden.

*Warning* there is a brief mention of sexual assault, though not in detail.

4.0 out of 5 stars amazing 31 January 2017

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
oh my god when is the next book in this series due I can't stand a long wait ! I can't believe there is a cliff hanger.
I enjoyed this book immensely. I was draw right back into the land inhabited by these strong loyal loving people. I so enjoy how this series has been written. Even though I know this is set in the future I have a hard time picturing the castle as anything other than a medieval English castle. Especially apart from one mention of the computer room technology isn't really mentioned.
I don't want to mention much of the story as I don't want to give spoilers.
I love the relationship between all the husbands. The laughter brought to horrid situations. The hot sex everybody seems to be having. I especially really enjoyed Apollo and his relationship with Ian.
I am truly beginning to feel a connection with this series which I didn't think I would when I started the series. But I so need the next book really quickly I want to see the way this series goes.
I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to anyone who wants a change of genre.

5.0 out of 5 stars WOW! 26 January 2017

This book is a fantastic and fascinating addition to T.M. Smith's sweeping Opposites series. I was pulled into the story from the very first page, and was taken on an emotional rollercoaster of a ride filled with love, hate, doublecrosses, evil, tragedy, triumph, heartbreak, hope, and revenge. I recommend that you start reading from the beginning, so you can truly appreciate just how enthralling and compelling this series really is. I can't wait to see what happens next!!

5.0 out of 5 stars “Love, compassion, trust and commitment aren’t just words… they are feelings that live and breathe" 26 January 2017

What a roller coaster ride this third installment of the Opposites series takes readers on, once again filling my heart, then breaking it, only for Rian’s courage, bolstered by Cirian’s unwavering love, to piece it back together again. This book moves quickly, and has a fairly large cast of characters, so I would absolutely recommend starting at the beginning of the series to fully grasp the nuances as we live through both the impending social upheaval and Cillian’s quest for vengeance. Even with so much going on though, it’s the relationships between a few key characters and the way we experience the overwhelming and unconditional connections between them that continues to move me. There is a reverence in the way Raven and Tanis love each other that is humbling to me as a reader, and with Kayden and Aiyen still firmly entrenched in my heart, I loved that the intensity between them seems to only strengthen with time. (I was also glad to see that they still pose a distinct threat to most household furnishings with the ferocity of the way they love each other.) Without a doubt, my favourite pairing in this book had to be Apollo and Ian however, and I am so anxious to see what the future holds for them.
Please note that I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book.

5.0 out of 5 stars War on the horizon... but will it also bring love? 31 January 2017

Snapped is book three in the Opposites series and you do need to read in order. Opposites a New adult Dystopian story with all types of relationships. Though it is mostly M/M.
Snapped takes up where Appearances, Opposites two ends with House Gaeland planning a wedding, A baby on the way and a war between Cilian and Cirian brewing.
August lost his sister in a battle and is dead set on retribution. Cilian fans that fire and plans to use him as a tool to get his own revenge.

There is a lot going on in this book. This series gets better and better. I love the blend of relationships, how young Apollo has mated with the unborn baby, The tension of the fight brewing and the preparations of the wedding.

TM has given us a fabulous story with several lessons we need to take to heart, mainly Love is Love.

If you like dystopian stories, NA romance, enemies to lovers, cute kids, adorable babies, tension and of course some hot man-sex you will love this book!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow, what a story! 31 January 2017

I did not read the preceding books in this series, so when I started this book, it took me a bit to get into the story. My fault entirely, but I certainly plan to read the others and then probably read this one again in order to get the full TM Dystopian World effect.

This book is fantastic. From the very first page I was drawn into the world and though I struggled a bit to catch up and some things just never quite gelled for me since I had not started at the beginning, I still loved it. There was every emotion available present, all squeezed into a huge cast of characters, compared to most books I have read, but every one of them were totally unique and interesting in their own right.

I look forward to finding out just where they all started when I go back and start at the beginning of this epic series.
