Smile from your heartReviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 June 2011
This is a fabulous book containing practical instructions on cheering oneself up and overcoming all kinds of anxieties and phobias by allowing them to exist and seeing thay have a real alive quality which one can appreciate and step into. I learnt a lot from reading this book and continue to do so as it is a manual for working with your mind using meditation and other practices of real effectiveness and ordinary type magic in the intuitive sense. As an introduction to the Shambhala teachings it is excellent but it is also good for working with your fear from any or no perspective

Fantastic!Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 November 2011
I really enjoyed it. In fact I didn't want it to end. It contains his magic and as I read it found myself thinking about his finely tuned words all day. I even tried practicing many of his ideas and it resulted in a light happy mood every day. I can hear his voice and humour and recommend it to anyone who is even a little interested in this famous teacher...
