      I buy apples at Costco that come in these flat, plastic packages, and I was tired of them taking up my entire counter. I was looking for a hanging shelf that the package would fit in, and this shelf is perfect! I just cut off the lid of the package, and I can slide it in and out to grab an apple.

      I love that the metal is thin enough to allow it to hang under the cabinet (as opposed to inside the cabinet) and still close the door fully. The downside though is that because the metal arms are thin, it really doesn't hold a lot of weight. The package of apples really made it sag in the back, and I imagine that it would have bent over time. I remedied that with a $2 pack of plastic cable ties from Lowes and used some small screws to secure it to the bottom of the cabinet so that the back doesn't sag down.

      I really like having this here. I don't use it the way it was designed, I have it hanging from self adhesive hooks. It's nice to have the cat dishes within easy reach but not in the way, right next to my first priority in the morning - coffee.

      It's an ok shelf, but not very sturdy. It hangs with a limp, tilted very much in the back even without any load. Depending on how heavy the load is, it might droop too low to serve it's function and starts to obstruct the access to shelf below.
      For these reasons, I would give this shelf 3.5 out of 5.
      If you bought it for light stuff like cling film or alu foil, it will probably serve you better

      Like some reviewers, I didn’t use this the way it was intended. Instead, I mounted it under the top cabinet as a way to store my coffee accessories out of the way but still within easy access. I held it in place with 4 3M clips.
