I woke up one day and realized that I wanted laceless shoes. I don't want to waste time with tying, and if you leave normal shoes tied, the back will be torn up in a month or two and the laces become disgusting.
Also, I'm a sneaker guy, so loafers are not an option for day to day.
If you also fit this mold, then at some point you'll go through amazon, realize that there are less than 10 models of laceless sneakers available (as of 2018), and most of them look pretty stupid (I tried several along with these via Amazon Wardrobe).
This is the best looking pair by far in person. No silly, oversized sole. No awkward fatness in the middle. It's not conspicuously laceless nor is there some stupid design on top to make up for lacelessness.
If you're on the market for a sneaker that you don't have to tie and that looks as good as a normal shoe, this is by far the best option on Amazon. Maybe you could do better going from store to store, but who has time for that?
And they're comfortable, too.
But don't buy them, because people will start to catch on to my secret.
