As soon as I'd washed this I made an iced coffee and added Ice blocks. The ice blocks weren't needed as they were still frozen the next morning. My husband made a hot coffee at the same time and it stayed hot all day. We're both very happy with these cups. The two different lids are a great idea as they keep the cup sealed while travelling and the other allows a straw to stand up without letting the temperature out. They hold the equivalent of a true large size coffee such as Starbucks or Muzz Buzz. I bought two for myself but lost one immediately to my husband. Buy more than you need - one for hot and one for cold.

Fantastic mugs! Purchased the two pack and find they certainly do keep my coffee hot for over 3 hours. Easy to wash and surprisingly comfortable to hold. Had a minor issue with a cracked lid and once they saw the photo, immediately sent out a replacement mug and two lids. Easy seller to work with, they and the product, exceeded my expectations in the end.

Great Insulation, poor outer, poor customer service response

There is no doubt that this mug does it's job. The problem I have is that I can NO LONGER USE the mug as the outer layer has perished, leaving an uncomfortable furry coating for my lip. I purchased 2 mugs. One for home and one for the caravan. One was washed in the dishwasher ( apparently not recommended) and the other in the caravan was hand washed. Both of these mugs have gone furry, with the outer layer depleting, exposing the coloured layer which is now ( after less than 3 months) scratching and peeling off. To make things worse I have contacted both Sivaphe (who referred my email to Amazon) and Amazon 2 months ago and not received any response. So if you have any troubles with this product, don't bother complaining or asking for a refund

Purchased this as a gift and they came boxed together. Would’ve been nicer if they were boxed separately to gift to different people but that’s not a huge issue. The problem I had was one of them was quite scratched and it looked obvious so I won’t be gifting it and I’ll just keep it for myself. Otherwise not a bad product overall and does what is described.

Overall good cup. I was disappointed because I thought the 30 oz came with a straw and brush (like the description said) but it does not. I contacted the seller and they offered a full refund but I decided to keep it instead.
That said, I would definitely recommend this cup. It keeps my drink cold and holds ice all day!

The lid on the product is a failure although everything else seems fine.

When you fill in a hot drink and close the lid(its not a screw on lid) the lid starts to pop out due to the pressure from the hot drink inside thereby defeating the intended purpose of being able to carry a hot drink with you.
