A Charming Read 😊Reviewed in the United States on 3 January 2016
I'm never disappointed by Ms. Keam's delightful stories. Her most recent release of The Last Chance series -- The Siren's Call is a charming read. For middle aged Mary and River, both widowed, there is a lesson to be learned: that there's another chance at happiness and love if they will just take that fearless step. Then there's young Jenny who struggles with her topsy-turvy emotions toward her father's new wife, Eva. Would accepting and loving Eva betray her loyal love and memory for her deceased mother? Ms. Keam touched the emotional buttons of life, wisdom, discovery with her tastful mixture of intrigue and drama. I read it in one sitting and enjoyed each beckoning page. As always, another pleasant read!

Right or dieReviewed in the United States on 29 September 2017
Last chance sounds so final. If it implies you find your life's love, then it does have a better ring than right or die. People certainly do connect here, but the relationships are just starting. Let's see if they hold on and really do live happily ever after. So, who will be next?

Great readReviewed in the United States on 5 September 2017
My only problem with this book was, until chapter 35, you think Mary is an 80 year old woman. All through the book you think can an 80 do that? The first line in chapter one says Mary is 80, then in chapter 35 it says she's 60 something. Now that's more like it. I wish the editor had caught it before being published. It's an easy fix for sure. Still a great read. Onto book four.
