I rate this two stars, not because I didn't like the content, but because there's very little that's in the book that is not posted on the website. In fact, the website has interactive features like calculators and stuff. The website is a great place to go to figure out the basics - what are realistic goals, what you'll have to do to get there, and a few options. The website is pure simplicity - it does not say "do this! do that!" or "this one simple trick". Instead, it tells you very bluntly what you need to do to impact your health and fitness and what you choose to do with that information is up to you. I would say the book is a good way to keep a hold of the website content when you're offline. Otherwise, bookmark the site and don't buy this book. I would recommend however that if you like the content in either medium, you try to find a way to support the Author. It's a fantastic site and content, and the author(s?) deserve some support.
