He's an excellent writer. Back in the old days23 October 2016 - Published on Amazon.com
He's an excellent writer. Back in the old days, writers had to sell their stuff to a public that had higher moral standards, so this kind of writing was more common. Now, it takes me a long time to find writers who can tell a good story, have interesting well written characters, and aren't filled with apologetics for a hedonistic lifestyle. This story was a particularly good one, very suspenseful.

Good Points Only8 August 2015 - Published on Amazon.com
Alton always does an excellent job of creating characters, using exciting and imaginative places and coming up with plots that thicken and climax into great endings. This one is no exception. It does touch on the supernatural, which is evident today, so it's not far-fetched. Plots and story lines that are far-fetched are always a problem for me, but this one is believable and possible. I really enjoyed the twisting and turning of the plot and how the characters reacted to it all and each other. Characters inter-acting with one another, like in real life, give this novel an added touch. Also, just when you've figured it all out, be ready for a surprise.

The Stanton series is probably the best books that me gansky has written. Buy all three in series and enjoy.
The first one30 January 2004 - Published on Amazon.com
I didn't have a book to read-this is a bad thing-I bought this book because of the cover, I love submarines. I got it in the mail a few days later and then read the back. A Babtist Pastor wrote it hmmmm. I thought well, I bought it and will give it a try. WOW I thought the book was great! since after reading this book I have read many of his books and would buy more by the authors name only Thanks for the sleepless nights.

Captian Stanton Probes WWII Sub Mystery5 April 2013 - Published on Amazon.com
What a great read. But you must be ready for the goose bumps at times. And if you didn't believe in demons before the reading you will be questioning yourself afterward. When your spouse says it is bed time and you say when I get to the end of this chapter you find yourself appling a new bed time as several more chapters unfold.
