Such an extraordinary book centred so deeply or the women who travelled over after the war of 1945. How these thousand of females war brides travelled over the ocean to England. I loved this most amazing book written by Jo Jo Moyes. She is certainly a favourite of mine indeed!
Discovering who is on aboard this trip. So many stories are told all by so many different women all suffering too. So much history in this travel so far for all these poor women. I really enjoyed all these different stories.
An amazing historical book this turned out to be. As an Australian myself I thoroughly enjoyed this book.
* I recommend this book to everyone!!
