I really enjoyed this book. It had a real story to it. Jaxson and Dante ended up being a great couple and l just loved getting a glimpse of the side characters too. Am looking forward to reading Kian’s Focus and am hoping there will be stories about Cato, Jarrett, Fernando, Adrian in the not too distant future.

Sheriff's Secret is proof that K Webster is extremely versatile and can skillfully write multi genres. From dark, taboo or erotica, this time she delivered a sexy contemporary romance that had me grinning and swooning the entire time. I adored this. If the following is appealing, you gotta read this!

Jaxson is the sheriff of Brigs Ferry Bay. Following a tradition ingrained by his father, he wears his obligations like a noose around his neck. Unhappy, he is so deep in the closet, Jax spends his life trying to convince himself that he could be straight. That is until New Yorker Dane Kinkaid sets foot into his sleepy town, and blows his delusions to smithereens.

Dane is in the process of opening a B&B with his siblings. He knows better than most how unwelcome small town folk can make city dwellers feel. But he's here for good and comfortable in his sexuality. So you can imagine how shocked he is to learn that the uptight gorgeous sheriff is gay, well behind closed doors. And he's taking great delight in provoking the good sheriff...

It was meant to be a fling. Both Jax and Dane knew the score. Except their chemistry is explosive, and they're perfect for each other. They both have their own reasons for nothing permanent, but neither can stay away. Will Jax be able to embrace who he really is and have it be acknowledged?

What can I say? This was so damn good. From the ensemble of side characters, two gorgeous men with big hearts and big appendages, hot times in private and just a story with a lot of charm, this was a winner!

I loved this book soo much that I was sneak reading it at work while it was quiet. I seriously love MM romance and K Webster’s books are a treat!
To mix the thrill of mystery and intrigue with hot steamy scenes is fast becoming my favourite books to read.
Jax and Dante have a fiery beginning that quickly heats into an inferno. Dante can see however, that Jax is in the closet and not likely to come out anytime soon.
I liked Jax, he’s a sweet man with soo much strength and love to give, but as the eldest child in the family he never wanted to go against his parents, whom are incredibly homophobic. But Dante’s love helps him decide to live openly.
Dante is new in town, he’s from the big city. So while he comes off as a fierce, menacing business man, he’s actually a big softie at heart, and his family are everything to him.
The mystery and intrigue come from hate crimes happening within their little town, that focus on Dante and his family, but when one of them ends up in hospital Jax has little time to find the culprit before someone else he loves gets hurt.
I love how K Webster puts together a story that isn’t bland and that continues to move forward, even with so many side characters. Everyone has a part to play within the story and no-one appears to have been forgotten. I look forward to the rest of the series and to see how the other characters develop.

Wow..

What a heartwrenching, beautiful, amazing story.
This seriously blew my mind.
I couldn't get enough of Dante and Jax they dug there way into my heart and didn't let go.
I was captivated from page one and on the edge of my seat multiple times and talk about sexy... DAMN!

I had to stop a few times because of the steam and not in a bad way, I legit was feeling hot and flustered reading these sexy men. Webster BROUGHT IT!

I love MM romances do I knew diving into this one would be a treat and I was right it was EVERYTHING and more.

The chemistry between Dante and Jax made a fire burn so deep it was never going out. The banter was off the charts laugh out loud at times and had a constant smile on my face. The angst in the plot was so juicy it had my mind reeling for more.

Dante was this big strong alpha man who was so sexy the pages burnt hot but I loved his vunruable side it made him sweet and I couldn't get enough of his sweet side.

Jax was confused and scared and it hurt my heart for him, but boy did he shine when he needed to. He had this aura about him that pulled you in and he made you love him.

I am so excited for the rest of the series because if this book had me hot under the collar I can only image how hot the rest of the sexy men from Brigs Ferry Bay will have me.

I really enjoyed this book. This is the first book in the Brigs Ferry Bay series which features M/M steamy romances which will feature different characters in this small town.

Sheriff' secret is about Jax who is the sheriff of Brigs Ferry Bay, His parents have groomed him for this job however there is one thing his parents don't approve of is homosexuality so Jax hides his sexuality from everyone. When Dante moves into town with his family he is openly gay and not afraid of what other people think. They do not get along to start with but then their chemistry takes over and Jax must find the strength to fight for what he wants or he'll be destined to be lonely for the rest of his life.

The side characters in this story were great and cannot wait to read more books in this series. I couldn't put this book down and read it in one sitting, K Webster you are an amazing writer and I felt like I was in the book along with these characters. It was real and raw. Love is Love
