I love the Berkley Prime Crime books and this is one of my favourite series. Small town America with conservative values is found in Stoneham N.H. Tricia and her sister Angelica run a couple of the town's businesses namely the "Haven't got a Clue" bookstore and "The Cookery" and "Booked for Lunch" cafe. This is a nice cosy mystery read for a rainy afternoon, nicely paced and quite difficult to guess "who done it".
The Prime Crime books are not classics a la Sayers, Tey or Christie but they are well written and a lighter alternative plus they fit nicely into your handbag for the work commute!
