Grant covers a lot in this book, from common sales myths, limitations people put on themselves, taking action & what action to take, setting yourself apart from the competition & mindset- just to name a few.
I enjoy his writing style which stands out from many other sales trainers because he keeps you engaged (I read it in 1 sitting) through a load of examples of application & selling situations he & other top producers have faced & for this reason I would recommend this book for the novice sales person as well as those that may think they know it all.
