Having worked in real situations & dome some serious training, self reflection & having read many other books since, reading for a second time, I'm not so sold.
Grant writes well & covers a lot of "stuff" but this book certainly isn't a guide to success in sales.
It's more motivational, maybe inspirational but limited in the area of educational which is why I think most people would buy it. No surprises there if you know how enthusiastic & energetic Grant can be. Good for some but a turn off for others who don't buy in to the "I am great, look at me" ethos.
A simple yet at times positive mind-set template that might be useful if your sales efforts absolutely suck.
