BARBARA MARKWAY, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience and is the author of four other books. She has appeared on Good Morning America and the Today Show, and her work has been featured in the New York Times, Washington Post, Real Simple, Business Insider, and other national publications. She lives in St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband, Greg.



CELIA AMPEL is a writer whose work has appeared in the Miami Herald, South Florida Business Journal, Daily Business Review, and other publications. She lives in Miami, Florida.

Really like this book so far. It's easy to read and understand. The reason for 4 stars is that the front cover had a crease on the front cover and as it was brand new I would expect it to look in that kind of condition. Not finished the book yet but enjoying it so far:)
