What an amazing series. After reading the first couple of chapters of the 1st book in the series I new it would become one of my favourites and i wasnt disappointed. Each book captures you from the very beginning, and wont let you put it down until the end. Each story has suspense,laughter, tears and of course HEA. Follow this seal team through their triumphs and disappointments, watch as the men find their soul mates, and the women who can heal their souls. Thank you Susan forr another amazing series

Susan Stoker does not disappoint and she certainly does not here. There is a lot going on but it is handled with grace and dignity. Given we already know what happened to Kalee from a previous book (there are enough details if you haven't read Securing Piper), Susan Stoker chose to make her story about both Kalee and Phantom's recovery, physical and mental. The story is well written, involving and yes, you will take sides! Absolutely loved it. It is cetainly on my read again list.

After waiting for what feels like forever for this book, I was not disappointed. I'm glad that not too much of the story was based around Kalee's rescue but rather after the rescue and beyond. It was great to finally see behind Phantom's barriers that were starting to show in Avery's book. I was heart sore after the struggle Phantom had with his team but felt the respect and regard that others had for him in the end. I thought this was the last book in this series but am excited to read about Commander North and Jane.

Phantom and Kaylee are a gorgeous couple. Glad they had a lovely story were they loved each other with no second guessing each other. It was breathe taking. It was sad his friends didnt have his back as Phantom said to them they knew he would do what he did as they knew him. But all ended great for Phantom and his friends as they came through in the end.
This really is up there in my top 5 of Susan Stoker books but nothing beats Dude and Cheyenne and Bryn and Dane.

this one needs tissues as your emotions are gonna be all over the place... I will not say it is the best Stoker book but it is in the top 3 for me. I actually put off reading this when it first came in and went back and read the other 5 (wellll..... only 4 cause for some reason I cound not read Sidneys book at them moment).
It is not written like her other books but it is more heartfelt in some ways and the code of honor that comes through with Phantom is outstanding.

If there was someway of giving more than 5 stars I would.

OMG, I’m soooooo excited to finally be reading this book as it has been on my TBR list for a year now and it was worth its weight in gold❣️

Phantom finally remembers the one detail about their trip to Timor-Leste, that’s been bugging him for months - Kalee Solberg is ALIVE🤭Phantom makes the decision to get Kalee out of the country and promptly goes about setting everything up😳 However, getting her out is one thing, returning home is quite another, especially when it appears there is danger closer than anyone expects😢

I loved this story, finding out more about Phantom but also seeing another side to him was wonderful😁 Also loved the introduction to the new Hawaii SEAL team and can’t wait for more😍

...sad that this is the last book in this series, excited for the SEAL Team Hawaii series, looking forward to more of Delta Team Two but most of all thrilled that Kalee and Phantom finally find each other and can fight their demons together.
We met both Phantom and Kalee very early in this series, so their story has been brewing for quite a few books. Obviously Phantom has been in all six books and we have always known his gruff and abrupt exterior covers a tortured soul and a soft heart, whilst he doesn't trust them, women and children are his weakness. He protects others at all costs and is loyal to a fault, we saw a little of his softer side in Avery's book but here his true protector emerges and he is scorching! The way he protects not just Kalee, but his team too only makes me love him more.
We knew Kalee was strong when we met her, she protected Piper and the orphans with everything she had and was prepared to give her life for them. But here we see just how strong she is, she is a warrior, determined to claim her life back and claim her man too, twice she goes to battle for Phantom and both times her 'battle words' brought me to tears. Her verbal assaults when defending something she loves are unrivaled...she is awesome!
I love all Susan Stoker's books, but as a whole this series may just be my favourite.

I enjoy listening to Savannah Peachwood, perfect for this great book. Ok.... loved listening to this book. We have met Phantom in the previous books and learn his story in Securing Avery. You know your heart will break and cheer for this man. He has to go back and rescue Kalee, it is not in him to leave her once he knows she is alive. He has to put a wrong right. Even if it puts him in conflict with his team and the Navy. Kalee and Phantom are made for one another. Each giving strength and understanding. Even though this book is slightly different in pace , there is still threats and heartache. You will find yourself falling in love with them. I loved, Wolf, Tex and Trigger are also involved and we meet the new Seal Team. Recommend (Highly)

What to say about this book - WOW Kalee and Phantoms story is so heart wrenching good, the ride through this story is white knuckle, full on emotional, and so worth it!! Kalees story began several books ago and was definitely worth the wait. No spoilers so other than this made me cry, outright sob, amazing. I do strongly recommend reading the whole series for the full benefit. The characters cross series too but not reading this too doesn't take away from this series. Love alpha guys who when they find their woman fall hard and fast? Add in adventure, missions, family and you'll love this!

What an amazing way to end an amazing series. It was long awaited to see Kalee and Phantasms fate, and boy was it worth the wait. It was a story of two warriors and the ability to survive. Amazing. And the epilogue was a touch of gold, seeing the future of the team with their women and families. Loved. Loved. One of my favourite scenes is the *look away now for spoilers* hearing for phantom, so many characters we have known and loved coming together to save one of their own and Susan's ability to bring humour to the scene just melts my heart. Bravo.

I don't cry often at books, a few notable exceptions the death of Dobby in Harry Potter and we're not going to mention The Boardwalk again, so I was unprepared to need tissues at this one. Phantom is determined to go after Kalee as soon as he realizes she is still alive, regardless of the consequences to his career as a Seal. Excellent writing from Ms Stoker as always and a great end to this particular series. But I will not be reading any more of her books with other people around in future, just in case!
