Manhunt by Kimberly Dean - It was hard to like Taryn, the female main character, because she was a bit stuck-up. The plot was interesting though and very well written. The sex though was the I-hate-you-but-you're-hot sex, which is irritatingly un-sexy.
Ancient Pleasures by Jess Michaels - I love historical romance. Jess Michaels cannot write historical romance because she doesn't write it accurately. The characters are way too sexual and comfortable with themselves. I don't care if this is erotica, it's not realistic with the time period. It felt like reading porn and not a story.
Masquerade by Jennifer Probst - My favorite. The only one with a plot that made sense, likable characters, and great love/sex scenes. Really steamy. 5 stars
Wake Me by Angela Knight - I know people rave about her, maybe I'm just the lone one here but I didn't like this one bit. I was lost, the characters were shallow, the sex was kinky, and the language bordered cheesy. Didn't even finish it. 1 star
