I'm a pioneer in the development and use of various one page action plans and so bought the book to compare notes and process. I worked through this book over 4 weeks and developed the one pagers for my own business. I found the case studies/stories very useful.
Some of the one pagers are too complicated for small business yet valuable for SME's and larger businesses.
I found the chapters on meeting rhythm and cash to be the most valuable.
Overall the book demonstrates that any business can grow when focused on the right things and everyone is in alignment, with such well documented on one pagers.
This is a comprehensive guide to the building blocks you'll want to put in place to create and scale a successful company. You don't need to implement every single idea and you won't need to do everything at once. However, if you work your way though every process and strategy detailed here, your company will come out the other side stronger and more competitive. No fluff - just lots of actionable insights.
Probably the best book I have read on the subject. Way up there as a small business 'must read' long with Micheal Gerber. Very impressed and sparked off a round of changes in by business after reading it.
