Sandplay Therapy is a absolutely brilliant and comprehensive manual for therapists counsellors or psychotherapists or any professionals or trainees wanting to know more about the technique it’s application and how to begin to set up your own Sandplay space to support your existing counselling Practice. The authors advise and encourage those interested in Sandplay to do their own Sandplay trays with a professional so you can gain practical and personal experiences of how this technique works. The authors give examples of how they approach issues and give forms used for documentation of the Sandplay Therapy process. Initially I thought this was an expensive book however upon beginning to read it I realise it’s well worth the £29.00 and would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about Sandplay and how to begin to incorporate it into your everyday practice as a therapist or those interested in finding different ways to open up communication with whatever group of clients you may be working or relating to. Congratulations to the authors on such an informative easy digestible text and guidance on how to use and apply it
