When I read the book description I was hooked. (And it was free)
It was a really good read, flowed well and had you right there with them.
My only complaint was that it's part of a series, not a stand alone book. I didn't know this till the end. Not happy. Now I will never know if they make it to a happy ever after.

Good Read!Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 February 2016
This was quite different when i began reading it and i thought Tex was rather amusing with his rules for Ruby when she starts as his house keeper. He is so far removed from the real world and he actually seems to accept his life like it is. Ruby doesn't expect a rock star to be her new employer and to be honest, they are so different but it seems to work. Their attraction develops quite slowly and i loved how the story went along. Good book and am looking forward to reading the next one in the series.
Feel good storyReviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 November 2019
People who need people when they've hit rocks in the road. I especially liked the explanations of the heroine as to how people can suck away her peace. Its ok to need your space and she gives it to the wounded hero
A good story, without an ending.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 August 2020
I really enjoyed the book, until it’s abrupt ending. Such a shame, as the book seemed to be well written until then. I’m sure a cliffhanger ending works, however, this simply stopped. Disappointing to say the least.
