We have been eagerly waiting for the next addition to the Black Falcon series and it was definitely worth the wait. Tyke finally gets to tell his story and it was one hell of a ride!

Tyke Douglas is over being the one that holds his band together, he’s the controlled one, always keeping everything in line and giving it his all. His band mates have all got their own thing going on; kids, wives and girlfriends. Dedication to his band is everything and he feels like he’s the only one putting 100% into it. After being fed up with the bullsh*t that is now his band, Tyke is on a downward spiral, drugs, lots of women and reckless behavior. After one dangerous incident it became apparent that the guys in the band, Riff, Noel and Trip are fed up with the way that Tyke is acting. With the stakes high, Trip convinces him to go to rehab. Reluctant and thinking he doesn't have an addiction problem, Tyke goes, after all how hard can it be going to rehab if you don’t have an addiction? Especially when it's the only ultimatum he’s been giving, get help or you're out!

“Jesus Christ, are you fu€k!ng serious? Rehab? I don’t need fu€£ing rehab.” Just where in the fo€k do they get off? I've never been as bad as Noel was. Okay so maybe I missed a few shows where he never did when he was using, but it was only a few times.

Starting a new job, a new life Francine Mead never thought she’d make it. Her own demons and past struggles had kept her down for so long. But this new job, in a secluded rehab facility could be just the thing she needs to get away from everything that she used to be. Never did she imagine that her first day of work she would walk in and be so physically drawn to someone.

3.75 stars-ROCK MY BODY is the fourth full length and final installment in Michelle A. ValentineÃÃ,¢(tm)s adult, contemporary Black Falcon erotic romance series focusing on the members of the rock group Black Falcon. This is guitarist and song writer Tyke Douglas, and addiction counselor Dr. Francine MeadÃÃ,¢(tm)s storyline.

Told from alternating first person points of view (Tyke and Frannie) the premise of ROCK MY BODY focuses on TykeÃÃ,¢(tm)s spiral into addiction. Feeling ÃÃ,¢~left outÃÃ,¢(tm) and going nowhere fast, TykeÃÃ,¢(tm)s jealousy of his band mateÃÃ,¢(tm)s happiness turns inward and Tyke finds himself behind bars without any memory of what happened or why. When his fellow musicians send him packing, he decides to take matters into his own hand but winding up in rehab wasnÃÃ,¢(tm)t on his list of things to do. Enter Dr. Francine Mead-an addiction counselor whose own addiction will be tested when she meets the gorgeous rock star.

The relationship between Tyke and Frannie is very quick to develop-in fact-so quickly that love at first sight is exactly what occurs between our storyline couple. Frannie knows that to get involved with a patient is ethically wrong but their attraction to one another cannot be denied. Not only does Frannie find herself falling in love but it is Tyke who begins to push for something more permanent. That is until someone at the rehab centre has proof that there is more between Tyke and Frannie than a professional relationship. The sex scenes are not romantic or seductive; in fact the sex is spur of the moment and intense because our couple are testing the ethical values of patient and doctor relationship, and time is of the essence so they donÃÃ,¢(tm)t get caught.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great conclusion to the series 12 November 2014
By Misha - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Review originally posted at The Book Enthusiast: http://thebookenthusiast.net/rock-body-michelle-valentine-blogtour-review-m_a_valentine.

Rock My Body is the fourth and final book in the Black Falcon series by Michelle A. Valentine. It was a bittersweet feeling opening this book and knowing that it would be my last time with these characters. Of all the boys in the band I felt like Tyke was the most mysterious, so naturally I was looking forward to diving into Rock My Body. Once I started reading Tyke immediately stole my heart and never let go. His story was a bit different than I might have expected, but I thought it was a great conclusion to a series that I have thoroughly enjoyed.

At the start of the story Tyke is anger and bitter over what he perceives to be his bandmates' lack of commitment to Black Falcon. Now that they are all in relationships and have families, he no longer feels a connection with them. Tyke is over being the only one working hard for the good of the band. After struggling with a substance abuse problem, he is finally faced with an ultimatum from his bandmates: get help for his addiction or he is out of the band. For Tyke it is not even a question, and he checks into a treatment facility.

Francine is no stranger to pain and addiction, having struggled with personal demons following a family tragedy. After overcoming her own addiction, she is committed to helping others as an addiction counselor. Prepared to do some real good, she is knocked for a loop when Tyke walks through the door as one of her new clients. This tattoo bad boy is just the type of man she used to gravitate toward in her old life. The immediate connection between the pair is undeniable, but a relationship would be impossible. Can they fight their feelings for one another or will they give into temptation?

I thought the counselor and client storyline in Rock My Body was unique and exciting. The forbidden aspect definitely added to my enjoyment of the story, especially considering how smoking hot the chemistry was between Tyke and Frannie. We saw a softer side of Tyke in this book and I really loved it. His feelings for Frannie were so endearing, and I liked how he was willing to go all in when it came to her. I certainly felt for Frannie and the difficulty of the situation. Both her career and heart were on the line. After experiencing such a profound loss, she was understandably very hesitant to open herself up to Tyke.

As much as I adored Tyke and Frannie as a couple, my favorite part of the book was actually watching the understanding that developed between Tyke and his bandmates. It went both ways, and it really made me happy to see how they bonded. Since it is obviously an important part of the series, the incorporation of music into this story was perfect. I enjoyed listening to each chapter's songs as I was reading. The epilogue was simply the icing on the cake. This series has taken me on wonderfully fun-filled and sexy ride, and Valentine definitely ended it on high note with Rock My Body.

4.0 out of 5 stars A fitting farewell 14 November 2014

Having read the entire series, I was both sad that it was coming to an end. But in true Michelle Valentine fashion, she gave us a story that both warmed my heart and made me smile.

This is Tyke's story, sexy bassist for Black Falcon and twin brother to Trip. He has been spiraling out of control for almost a year and finally Noel, Riff and Trip decide he needs help to finally face his demons and get off the drugs and alcohol. He is sent to a rehab facility and within minutes of his arrival, he meets the woman who will both help him get clean and win his heart. Frannie Mead has seen her own world of heartache but since turning her life around, she is now a successful addiction counselor and her first patient at her new job is none other than Tyke Douglas. Although her attraction to him is immediate, she knows the rules and the boundaries she has set for herself and they can never be. But when emotions and simply lust start to get the better of them, can Tyke and Frannie really stay apart?

Wow. The author really turned up the heat with this book. The chemistry between Tyke and Frannie lept off the pages of my Kindle. You just knew they had to be together. I enjoyed their deep conversations, his professional sessions with her were hard but he managed to pull through.

There were secondary characters that added some great moments but I felt as if I could have gotten just a bit more. I would have wanted to experience Tyke's withdrawal firsthand and to get inside his head a bit more. The connection between Tyke and Frannie was spot on but at times it felt a bit rushed. The subplot of blackmail was a great addition but again I feel that could've been played up just a bit.

Overall I have truly enjoyed this series and highly recommend you start at the beginning. It is well written and I feel now that it is over, that I will miss this crew. I have throughly enjoyed getting to know each and everyone of Black Falcon and the women that tamed them.

A solid 4 stars!

5.0 out of 5 stars ~~ 5 Wonderful Series Stars ~~ 12 November 2014
By Jennifer H. - Published on Amazon.com

The last book in a series is always bittersweet for me. I am excited to read the book to share in those characters story, but I am also sad because it is the last book for all of these characters. You get so attached to these characters when their stories expand over 4 or more books. Rock My Body is no different. I loved all the characters we met along the way. The members of Black Falcon are amazing and I will miss each and every one of them.

Michelle Valentine has an amazing ability to create characters and story lines that just sink into your soul and stick with you. Her stories are full of love, sex, humor, anger, and even some tears. Rock My Body was the perfect ending to this series. It was a fairly quick read but nothing felt rushed and I wasn't left at the end feeling unsatisfied. I thought use did a great job with Tyke and Frannie's story but also wrapping up all the other stories as well. She even added a hint of suspense to this story. I am proud to say that I guessed the little twist in the story before it was revealed….I am always excited when I can get it right :)

Rock My Body is the story of Tyke and Frannie. This story took me by surprise because I didn't see Tyke's character going in this direction, but it totally worked. Both Tyke and Frannie are tortured souls who have severe addiction issues. After both of them hit rock bottom they decide to change their lives. Frannie decides she wants to helps others that are like she used to be. She becomes and addiction counselor. This is how she meets Tyke. After a serious accident Tyke decides to listen to his brother Trip and fellow band mates and go into rehab. Once these two characters meet they go on a journey to helping each other. What I loved the most about this story is that it was a forbidden love story. Those are my favorite for some reason. I thought Tyke and Frannie were a perfect match for each other. I also loved that Tyke wasn't willing to give up on her even though Frannie did everything she could think of to push him away.

My absolute favorite part of this book was the epilogue. I loved that we got to catch up with all of the band members and the ladies who tamed them. I thought it was the prefect ending to this already great series!!!

This entire series is Book B!tch Approved!!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars loved it 20 November 2014

Rock my Body by Michelle Valentine is book four in the Falcon Series. These can be read alone but I would recommend reading in order.

This is Tyke Douglas’ story. He is on the road to self-destruction. All his band members have met their one and only. This is causing tension for Tyke because he believes they have all forgotten him and moving away from being focused solely on the band. Instead of talking to his band members or brother, he drifts further into the wrong path. He develops an addiction to pills and becomes out of control. After an accident, he is given an ultimatum. Clean his act up or be fired from the band. Tyke decided to give rehab a chance even if he believes he does not have a problem he will go so he does not lose his band.

Francine Mead has just accepted a position as an addiction counselor. She is trying to get her life back on track after her sister’s death. She was very self-destructive and wallowing in her own personal hell. After a mistake, she woke up and decided to get her life back on track. She is hoping to help others fight their battle and win. On her very 1st day of the job in walks Tyke Douglas sex on legs. The attraction is earth shattering. How can she focus on her work with Tyke around?

I really enjoyed this story. I had been waiting on Tyke’s story and I was not disappointed. It was fireworks from the moment they met. I love how Francine really tried to do right and avoid a relationship with Tyke. She tried to do the right thing but the chemistry with these two was hot from the beginning. When they both are blackmailed and her job is now on the line Francine panics. Is Tyke worth the risk? Can Tyke overcome his addiction and really love Francine? You have to read to find out!

4.0 out of 5 stars I’ve been waiting for the mysterious Tyke’s book for what feels like the longest time 18 November 2014
By Christy Baldwin BBU - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Michelle Valentine’s Black Falcon series is one that I’ve read from the very beginning. I’ve been waiting for the mysterious Tyke’s book for what feels like the longest time. As sad as I am to see this series end, I feel like Michelle did a fantastic job ending it. She created two broken characters in Tyke and Frannie that really worked together.

Tyke has been the glue that has held Black Falcon together for too long. While the other guys are off with their women, he’s the one writing the songs, constantly worried about the band. It’s the most important thing to him. The band. The music.

Tyke has fallen into a bad place. He’s been the strong link for too long and the pressure and stress has made him cave. After one two many benders and issues with the band, he has a choice to make. Go to rehab and get clean and together, or leave the band. The band is everything to him, so unwillingly he heads to rehab.

Frannie Mead is a recovering addict turned counselor. Her drug of choice wasn’t really a drug at all- at least not a substance. She is a recovering sex addict. She’s been on the wagon for a while and excited to take this new job. She’s committed to staying out of trouble, but trouble walks right to her work. In the form of tattooed rocker Tyke Douglas. Who is just her type.

Tyke is immediately attracted to Frannie. They have chemistry, and they both feel that pull towards one another.

Frannie is committed to not acting on this attraction she feels to Tyke. She’s committed to try to help him. And she does. She gets through to him in the only way that seems to work. Music.

The more time Tyke and Frannie spend together, the more their bond grows. They really start to feel something for one another.

Lines are crossed. Rules are broken. They can’t seem to stay away from each other no matter how hard they try.

Being together is a risk. A huge risk. But neither one can stop the feelings they’ve developed.

I am a sucker for the broken characters. For the guys with issues. I am a fixer and I crave reading about these people. Tyke isn’t the only broken person in this relationship. Frannie is just as broken in a different way. They were both great characters. I’ve always been intrigued by Tyke’s quiet and sexy charm. Frannie was full of strength. She pushed some, but I didn’t blame her for that. Overall I loved them both.

The Black Falcon boys will always hold a special place in my heart. I love all these boys. Riff is still my favorite guy- I can’t get enough of him and his Oreo’s, but Tyke surprised me by becoming a close second! I love Michelle’s fast paced and sexy writing. The books are so easy to read, fun, steamy and emotional. The songs at the beginning of each chapter were a great touch. And the epilogue. It was so great! This book had a touch of forbidden love which is also something I always enjoy reading about.

Rock my Body is a great end to a great series!
