We have been eagerly waiting for the next addition to the Black Falcon series and it was definitely worth the wait. Tyke finally gets to tell his story and it was one hell of a ride!

Tyke Douglas is over being the one that holds his band together, he’s the controlled one, always keeping everything in line and giving it his all. His band mates have all got their own thing going on; kids, wives and girlfriends. Dedication to his band is everything and he feels like he’s the only one putting 100% into it. After being fed up with the bullsh*t that is now his band, Tyke is on a downward spiral, drugs, lots of women and reckless behavior. After one dangerous incident it became apparent that the guys in the band, Riff, Noel and Trip are fed up with the way that Tyke is acting. With the stakes high, Trip convinces him to go to rehab. Reluctant and thinking he doesn't have an addiction problem, Tyke goes, after all how hard can it be going to rehab if you don’t have an addiction? Especially when it's the only ultimatum he’s been giving, get help or you're out!

“Jesus Christ, are you fu€k!ng serious? Rehab? I don’t need fu€£ing rehab.” Just where in the fo€k do they get off? I've never been as bad as Noel was. Okay so maybe I missed a few shows where he never did when he was using, but it was only a few times.

Starting a new job, a new life Francine Mead never thought she’d make it. Her own demons and past struggles had kept her down for so long. But this new job, in a secluded rehab facility could be just the thing she needs to get away from everything that she used to be. Never did she imagine that her first day of work she would walk in and be so physically drawn to someone.

3.75 stars-ROCK MY BODY is the fourth full length and final installment in Michelle A. ValentineÃÃ,¢(tm)s adult, contemporary Black Falcon erotic romance series focusing on the members of the rock group Black Falcon. This is guitarist and song writer Tyke Douglas, and addiction counselor Dr. Francine MeadÃÃ,¢(tm)s storyline.

Told from alternating first person points of view (Tyke and Frannie) the premise of ROCK MY BODY focuses on TykeÃÃ,¢(tm)s spiral into addiction. Feeling ÃÃ,¢~left outÃÃ,¢(tm) and going nowhere fast, TykeÃÃ,¢(tm)s jealousy of his band mateÃÃ,¢(tm)s happiness turns inward and Tyke finds himself behind bars without any memory of what happened or why. When his fellow musicians send him packing, he decides to take matters into his own hand but winding up in rehab wasnÃÃ,¢(tm)t on his list of things to do. Enter Dr. Francine Mead-an addiction counselor whose own addiction will be tested when she meets the gorgeous rock star.

The relationship between Tyke and Frannie is very quick to develop-in fact-so quickly that love at first sight is exactly what occurs between our storyline couple. Frannie knows that to get involved with a patient is ethically wrong but their attraction to one another cannot be denied. Not only does Frannie find herself falling in love but it is Tyke who begins to push for something more permanent. That is until someone at the rehab centre has proof that there is more between Tyke and Frannie than a professional relationship. The sex scenes are not romantic or seductive; in fact the sex is spur of the moment and intense because our couple are testing the ethical values of patient and doctor relationship, and time is of the essence so they donÃÃ,¢(tm)t get caught.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great story in this series. 19 January 2016

Tyke was the only member of Black Falcon who was unattached and felt like he was the only one who cared about the band. The other three were more worried about their wife or girl friend. Turning to drugs, something happens and the life Tyke knew might be over. Forced to make changes, Tyke goes somewhere. While there he meets Frannie. While they have instant chemistry, is it enough? Can Tyke get back to what he was before he threw it all away? As with the other books in this series, I enjoyed hearing another band members story. Enjoy this story of undeniable attraction and plenty of sole searching. Great one!
5.0 out of 5 stars Another Great Story by Michelle! 13 December 2014

First I want to say that I just love this series and Rock My Body was a great end to a great series.

This one follows Tyke - Trip's twin brother as he spirals out of control, though he doesn't see it that way. In order to stay in the band that he loves so much and is trying to keep together with everyone getting married and having kids, he has to go into rehab to deal with his addiction - the one he feels he doesn't have. There he meets Franny - an addictions counselor with her own addiction she needs to deal with. When these two come together, even knowing they shouldn't be together for a few reasons it is explosive. They are perfect for each other.

There are a few bumps in the road for them, but that doesn't stop them from being together. And once Tyke accepts the help that he needs and really has a good talk with his fellow band mates, Black Falcon is back and better than before.

I'm sad that this is the end for this series I think Michelle did a great job wrapping up the story and I look forward to reading more of her books. :-)

4.0 out of 5 stars A fitting farewell 14 November 2014

Having read the entire series, I was both sad that it was coming to an end. But in true Michelle Valentine fashion, she gave us a story that both warmed my heart and made me smile.

This is Tyke's story, sexy bassist for Black Falcon and twin brother to Trip. He has been spiraling out of control for almost a year and finally Noel, Riff and Trip decide he needs help to finally face his demons and get off the drugs and alcohol. He is sent to a rehab facility and within minutes of his arrival, he meets the woman who will both help him get clean and win his heart. Frannie Mead has seen her own world of heartache but since turning her life around, she is now a successful addiction counselor and her first patient at her new job is none other than Tyke Douglas. Although her attraction to him is immediate, she knows the rules and the boundaries she has set for herself and they can never be. But when emotions and simply lust start to get the better of them, can Tyke and Frannie really stay apart?

Wow. The author really turned up the heat with this book. The chemistry between Tyke and Frannie lept off the pages of my Kindle. You just knew they had to be together. I enjoyed their deep conversations, his professional sessions with her were hard but he managed to pull through.

There were secondary characters that added some great moments but I felt as if I could have gotten just a bit more. I would have wanted to experience Tyke's withdrawal firsthand and to get inside his head a bit more. The connection between Tyke and Frannie was spot on but at times it felt a bit rushed. The subplot of blackmail was a great addition but again I feel that could've been played up just a bit.

Overall I have truly enjoyed this series and highly recommend you start at the beginning. It is well written and I feel now that it is over, that I will miss this crew. I have throughly enjoyed getting to know each and everyone of Black Falcon and the women that tamed them.

A solid 4 stars!

4.0 out of 5 stars Tyke can rock my body 12 November 2014

We have been eagerly waiting for the next addition to the Black Falcon series and it was definitely worth the wait. Tyke finally gets to tell his story and it was one hell of a ride!

Reluctant and thinking he doesn't have an addiction problem, Tyke goes, after all how hard can it be going to rehab if you don’t have an addiction? Especially when it's the only ultimatum he’s been giving, get help or you're out!

“Jesus Christ, are you fu€k!ing serious? Rehab? I don’t need fu€k!ng rehab.” Just where in the fu€k do they get off? I've never been as bad as Noel was. Okay so maybe I missed a few shows where he never did when he was using, but it was only a few times.

Starting a new job, a new life Francine Mead never thought she’d make it. Her own demons and past struggles had kept her down for so long. But this new job, in a secluded rehab facility could be just the thing she needs to get away from everything that she used to be. Never did she imagine that her first day of work she would walk in and be so physically drawn to someone. Sure she has always been attracted to men, but this particular man could ruin everything she has worked so hard for.

“Im attracted to him, and God, him singing a song about me- I lost all resolve. I wanted him right then and there. To hell with the consequences.”

With their one on one counselling sessions, Frannie and Tyke
have an undeniable chemistry both opening up to one another. Frannie knows she overstepped the line with letting Tyke in on her personal life. She feels it's the only way to really break through to him.
Frannie is drawn to Tyke, there is something about him, the way he talks to her and takes interest like no other man has before. Yes she is attracted to him, yes she wants him but is one time with him enough to throw away her career and everything she's worked so hard for? It's not just her career it's her heart. Can she open it up to care enough to love someone again without it shattering her and sending her on a spiral back to addiction?

Will they give in to the chemistry and strong connection they clearly have or will past addictions, career aspirations and fear keep them apart?

Kayla-There were so many times I wanted to keep highlighting things that Tyke said, he was so open and forthcoming with his feelings to Frannie. The music was a perfect fit to this book, I listened to every song and downloaded the ones I didn't already have. One of my favorite quotes from the book.

Kristy - Michelle did an amazing job with the music in this book, each song was so fitting, making this book so much more than just a read, it made you feel. There so many quotes and lines I would love to share but that would spoil the book for you.

“One music is in you skin, its impossible to just scrub away. It sticks with you, and like it or not, you’ll never be able to walk away, even if you want to. Just the thought of not being able to do this for a living make me so fu€k!ng anxious that I can’t breath”

Great book, hot scenes, and a great insight to where the band has evolved. The epilogue was brilliant, it wrapped their story up so well, including a little passage from each of the previous guys.

5.0 out of 5 stars A perfect ending to this series.... 12 November 2014
By Jennifer ~ Book Starlets - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verified Purchase
This review is bittersweet to write because I'm super sad to see this series end. From the very beginning I was sucked into the world that is Black Falcon. I was drawn to the characters from the very beginning... Each book having it's own merits of happy and sadness along the way. I feel like Michelle saved the best for last. Tyke is sweet and sassy and is the perfect combination of strength and weakness.

Tyke's inability to accept that there is life beyond Black Falcon leads him into a dangerous spiral, one the band knows all too well. Each of the guys in the band have had their fair share of issues, but Tyke has set them on edge and is causing major turmoil among it's members. It's not until the band calls him out on his downfall that Tyke's story starts to unfold. Who would have thought that the reasons for his poor choices could lead him in a direction that would change his life forever. He just didn't get why his band mates would settle down when they were on the top of the world. Until he was struck with the same desire as them. From the beginning of this series Tyke was the quite and reserved one. He's a song writer and would rather play music and hang out with the guys then worry about settling down. That is until he meets Frannie. She's irresistible and the first woman Tyke has ever truly had interest in. She changes everything for Tyke and not just when it comes to his addiction, but his outlook on life, and his understanding of what the other guys are going through.

Frannie is probably my favorite heroine in this series. She's strong and weak just like Tyke. The minute Tyke walks into her life Frannie knows she's totally screwed, and though she tries to fight it she knows she can't win. But you can't help but feel for her, she has used men to drown her sorrows for so long, she can't tell if the feelings that Tyke has for her are real or not. Tyke's so sincere and she takes it more of a "he's just trying to get into my pants" way. When push comes to shove she knows deep down he has her back, even though she doesn't want to believe it. Their affair comes on hard and fast and will leave you wanting more, that sensation of forbidden romance and getting caught helps keep you on your toes throughout this read.

From book to book Michelle's writing has improved so much, her ability to tell the story and make the characters feel real is what draws me to her books. She pulls so much emotion and feeling from the reader leaving them begging for more every time. Overall this series could not have ended on a better note. The Epilogue had me sobbing, knowing that it was all over and never wanting it to end. I love these books, these characters, their flaws and their heartbreaks, and in the end their happiness. They have all fought and won in the battle of life and love on so many levels. Noel, Riff, Trip & Tyke will forever Rock My Heart!
