Mi experiencia con esta crema fue la siguiente:
Yo tengo la piel mixta (zonas muy grasas como la frente o muy secas como la zona de la nariz) con tendencia acneica.
Esta crema si me ayuda bastante con el tema de los granos pero me reseca bastante la piel en aquellas zonas que de por sí yo tengo la piel más tirante.
No puedo decir que la crema sea mala pero si que para una piel mixta no la recomendaría, a no ser que combines cremas (es decir, en la zona grasa y con acné usa esta y en las zonas secas otra) pero me parece absurdo pues hay otras cremas en el mercado.
Aún así, es mi tipo de piel y puede que a otra persona le vaya bien. Si tu piel es totalmente grasa y con acné es posible que esta crema (junto con la Effaclar Duo +) sea idónea.
