Review

Ingenious black and white illustrations provided by Alex T Smith... a lot of fun - The Independent on Sunday

an amusing story with striking illustrations. The overall book design is very stylish. Great fun. - Books for Keeps

There's a laugh on every page and it is ideal for younger readers who want to move to longer stories... Children will undoubtedly adore the sheer daftness of the story, as well as the inevitable wind and warty bottom jokes. - Manchester Evening News

Snortingly funny and a great example of a transitional book for kids. - readitdaddy

Wildly illustrated on every page by Alex T Smith. Early reading... made highly enjoyable. (Praise for Foxy Tales 1) - Independent on Sunday

The illustrations are wonderful... full of comic touches and lots of detail... great fun. (Praise for Foxy Tales 1) - Bookbag

Playful... anarchic... wicked sense of humour... great fun. (Praise for Foxy Tales 1) - Teach Primary

The author is a comparative newcomer to picture books; on this evidence, he should go far. (Praise for Claude) - The Independent on Sunday --This text refers to an alternate kindle_edition edition.
