DO NOT RISK Baby’s Health by using this machine!!!

In anticipation of our first child to the family, we wanted to make sure we do everything we can to make sure he is well taken care of. Learned from the many horror stories of messy late-night feedings, we decided to invest in an automatic formula machine such as this. The machine for the most part does it's job - it allows you to press a button and it dispenses water and formula at a predetermined ratio. As per the manual we do regular maintenance on the machine to make sure it works. For the first few months, we have been feeding the baby with mixed breast milk and formula, and we couldn’t figure out why the baby is drinking as much as 1200ml a day, and each feed doesn’t last more than 2-3 hours. Doctors couldn’t figure it out, and we were told to keep an eye on this. Before you know it, we were worried like hell as the google doctor online doesn’t help by giving you the worst possible scenarios. It wasn’t until my mum tasted one of the bottles when we realised the Problem! It turns out; the machine failed to dispense the right amount of formula when making the bottle. The so-called formula tastes like water, very diluted and very watery. Our baby was half-starving by this machine for the better part of 2 weeks. ( mostly breast milk in the first 2 months) We reassembled the machine as per the manual, and it worked for about two days before malfunctioning again...dispensing watery formula mix that carries no flavor, texture and more importantly, nutritional benefits for our baby. To any and all-loving parents out there, DO NOT risk your baby’s health with this piece of plastic garbage. Get a water dispenser and do your own formula bottles. Please do not use this product for the sake of your baby’s health. It’s cheaply made, and it doesn’t bloody work! We will petition amazon to remote this defective piece of plastic junk from the platform. Amazon was very good at processing of our refund, so well done amazon. Just take this junk offline.

Overall I would recommend the product. We have twin girls and accordingly freeing up 2.5 minutes per feed results in a 40 minute time saving per day. We ordered a white machine but unfortunately got a pink one. I couldn't be bothered to return it because we need it now but it will probably hurt the resale value once the girls are on solids.

The machine works as described and based on our research is the only one that fully automated does the whole job for you. The formula recognition and dosage works well. The temperature is spot on. It's super quick.

Something to take note off is that the machine is constantly on and keeps water at the desired temperature. It has to in order to allow for an on demand instant bottle. So your power bill will probably go up. It doesn't draw a lot of power though which is good.

Next thing to note is the smartphone integration. It seems this device is sold under multiple labels - Rizees, Mymilkpro, iNG. It was a bit confusing to get the app from the app store as it was the iNG app. It works though. A point of criticism: the software while usable sometimes shows in Chinese. It doesn't prevent you from doing what you want to but it is confusing. A fix would be nice. Also a bit disappointing is that you can only pair it with one smart phone. At night my wife and I take turns with the girls. Tough luck, only one of us can use the smart phone app.

The build quality is decent. It happens at times that the formula container pops out the top while making a bottle and the bottle doesn't come out right. You'll have to push it back in and go again. This happens maybe one in 16 times.

As mentioned, I'd recommend this product if you have multiples. Every minute saved counts, you'll save time and nerves here. Not sure whether I'd bother for a single child though.

The machine works well for the most part, but as I live in a tropical climate, the formula hole is constantly getting blocked. I also don't like that there's no warning about a low/empty formula canister, and the 1.3L water tank doesn't last long with twins. I also don't love that there's limited instructions for disassembling the product for cleaning, and a lot of the instructions and parts of the app aren't in English.

Temperature, water measurement, and formula (when not empty without warning) measurements are very reliable. The formula when made is mixed well and doesn't need to be shaken which avoids bubbles, and it's very quick.

While I do like the machine compared to hand making so many bottles, I think I would have been better off going for a machine at a lower price point given this machine's faults.

This is the best product for bottle feed babies! It is so quick and keeps the water warm at the setting you choose. I had it warmer in winter and now cooler for summer. It can make the bottle with the milk or just provide warm water. Easy to clean. This is just great to be able to make a bottle in the late hours of the night or early hours of the morning in under 10 seconds and have it at the right temperature and not having to try and remember how many scoops of formula to add or how many scoops you have put in when tired. You can even make the bottle from your bed using the app an then just go it. The temperature and volume are also able to be adjust using the app. So easy to setup the app and find your formula using the barcode on the tin or enter the barcode number. Worth every penny, looks great on the bench too.
