Basically, stop looking over your partner's shoulder at the restaurant wondering what the person on the other table might be like to be with and start paying attention and valuing the partner you have and cultivating that relationship further.
Retention provides no-nonsense clearly outlined rationale on the importance of retaining your existing patient base and gives easy-to-use and practical tools and systems for how to go about achieving this. While other books can be fluffy or read as a sales pitch for the author's other projects, this book gets straight into it and is packed full of gems. Anyone who is seriously interested in their practice being the best it can be should invest in this, and it will pay dividends many many times over. Simple a must read!
This is a concise and plainly written text, with practical wisdom applicable to any small business keen to improve the bottom line by delivering excellent customer service. It only takes a few hours to read, has lots of basic (but often neglected) tips, and you don't have to be dentist to get it. Thought provoking, and highly recommended.
