I really enjoyed this book. It is clearly targeted at a female audience - which made it refreshingly different. The plot is well paced and the narrative structure works brilliantly - (somewhat surprisingly) it does not feel contrived. Some of the details in the writing are truly evocative which helps the book transcend its genre. I will certainly be recommending it to my wife!
My only problem with my Kindle edition of the book was with typos - why do Kindle books not get properly proof-read to avoid repeating parts of sentences or spelling mistakes not caught by spell-check? It is really sloppy - surely as the books are electronic you could correct mistakes for future readers?

Really enjoyed this book .the first I have read by this author. Great character in Fenwick Not a super hero but an ordinary
man doing the job. Great twists.and turns .kept the story interesting and fresh . I am just about to check out other books by Elizabeth Corley and maybe great myself. I would certainly recommend this book

This is the Corley book I've read. I'm already looking for others.. easy read but nonetheless very good and very readable. I really liked Fenwick and I hope he appears again. We'll worth four stars
