Product Description

Some fairy tales start after midnight.
The crown prince and I have nothing in common.

He's a rugged, battle-hardened soldier who spent four years in the Royal Guard, an elite military unit. I met the King and Queen for the first time wearing leggings and a sweatshirt.

He's the serious, quiet, straight-laced heir to the throne, and I accidentally got drunk at a formal dinner.

But there's the way he looks at me, eyes blazing with hunger. Like he knows every dirty thought I've had about him - and he likes them. There's the way my pulse skyrockets every time his hand brushes mine.

I'm the ambassador's daughter. I know better than to mess around with a foreign head of state.

But I don't know how long I can resist.

Not all princes are charming.

I spent years in the Royal Guard, our most elite military unit, fighting like hell so I could rule one day - not so I could give my father an heir with some well-bred rich girl.

I have a f*cking country to run. My love life can take a back seat. It's not like I've ever met a girl I had to have.

Until her. The ambassador's daughter. She's so... American. Lowborn, brash, wildly unsuitable... and gorgeous.

I'm disciplined, tough as hell, and I don't f*ck around. But I can't stop thinking about the way she laughs, about how she might taste. My father's threatening to strip me of my title if I touch her, but she makes me want to break every one of my own rules.

F*ck titles. F*ck rules. F*ck my father's threats. I want her. I need her.

She's mine.

Reign is a 90,000 word, 350-page, standalone full-length novel with some seriously steamy scenes and a happily-ever-after ending.

After a couple of months of backpacking around Europe after a scandal, Hazel has to meet her Mum and Dad in Sveloria. Hazels Mum is the American Ambassador there. After the train ride from hell where she's even been interrogated, she winds up meeting the Royal family wearing spandex. Kostya is the Prince of Sveloria, he is constantly disappointing his Dad because he has yet to settle down and create an heir. When he sees Hazel at the train station he can't work out why this inappropriately dressed girl is making him feel so weird. As the time goes on and the more they time they spend together they keep trying to hide their feelings, but failing miserably. Kostya's Dad forbids him to have anything to do with the trashy American girl. When everything goes wrong and Hazels scandalous past comes out, their world falls apart.
This was a fantastic book, Roxie has done herself proud. There was romance, drama, action and love scenes to make your toes curl. I absolutely loved it and if you've enjoyed Roxie's previous books, I'm sure you will too.
I received an ARC for an honest and fair review

Reign by Roxie Noir was a fun ,fast -pace story ,but I do have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Roxie Noir has given us a story that has witty dialogue and characters that are quite relatable and interesting to read about. Kostya and Hazel are really an unusual couple ,him begin royalty and after all she's the daughter of an American Ambassador ,but boy do sparks ever fly between these two right from the start. Kostya's father has forbidden his son to see Hazel ,and at the same time threat to stripe him of his title. But from the first time he set eyes on her ,he has wanted to break every rule that he had set for himself. The best feeling Kostya has ever had was the feeling of defying his father .This story will grab you and hold you there until the very end ,and then will leave you wanting more from his author . I could tell you more about what happens to this amazing couple ,but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this story you won't be disappointed .

I hadn't ever read anything previously by this author, hadn't even heard of her before, but I one clicked it- a while ago, admittedly, and it just sat waiting until I read it. I just read it last night-( when I should have been packing for my son's school trip) and found the story wonderful. Somehow from the first page I was sucked into the story right to the end. It was funny, and hot and kept my attention without skipping parts. I loved it and recommend this story highly. I hope the author will continue with some of the secondary characters- the Princes friends, or perhaps Hazel's friends?

3.5 stars.
Whilst this was a good story I struggled to finish it as it just seemed to drag along with lots of minor details. I lost interest and had to keep coming back to it. I cannot put my finger on why. The storyline was good, the beginning and ending exciting but I think I just didn't connect with either Hazel or Konstantine.
This is something new for this author and she has done a great job, just not my cup of tea for some reason, other readers will love it though.
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sexy Funny Castles and Falling in love...with the book. 30 June 2016

I don't think WOW does this book justice. I like this book so freaking much. First off, I'm not returning it. It will stay on my kindle for me to read again. Love the characters in the book. I like the Prince in this book. He doesn't push himself as the "bad boy". However, she is the "bad girl" American and he loves her for it. I do feel that IF Roxie does right another book, maybe it might be about his brother after he is a bit older? I love the humor in this book too. It made me laugh out loud. Now, I know there are other books in the back and I haven't read them yet. But Roxie, this was a great book. Oh how about some novella about his friends and finding love for them? They seem pretty great in the book so....Can't wait for your next books.!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Reign: A Royal Military Romance 10 July 2016

A friend recommend this author to me because she knew I loved the shifter and vampire heroes, and Ms Noir does those very well. But while searching through her many listings, the first of her books to catch my eye was this one. Not a single paranormal in sight, but, oh my, a gorgeous Alpha male who is also a prince? And added to that, a heroine who's not just beautiful, but intelligent to boot, with a snarky sense of humor, and parents who love her just as she is, no matter what. It starts like a romantic comedy, with Hazel enduring a thirteen hour train ride across the Ukraine, which means she arrives sweaty and smelling like goats. That's when she finds out that she's not just being met by her parents, but also by the entire royal family, dressed to kill. So, while wearing skin-tight leggings and an oversized T-shirt, with her oily hair captured in a bun, she is put through a formal receiving line - oh, yes, I can't forget that it was all done in Russian. I do have some good news for you: every other chapter in the whole book is done in alternating POV's. That means Hazel may be suffering embarrassment, but Prince Kostya is keeping a straight face, while being enchanted by every move she makes. You can't help but love him a little for that. He's a warrior, home now from quelling insurrections on the northern Russian border, and his parents are pressing him to marry a rich local girl and produce "heirs" for the throne. He's not interested in the bland beauty they have picked for him, but he's surely interested in Hazel! There's not a dull moment in the whole book, I promise. And when you are about 40% done, this story ends, and the author has added several other stories - with shifters! - as a gift to us! Get it while it's still 99ยข on Amazon. Who could ask for more?

5.0 out of 5 stars Oh Kostya 11 February 2017

Sooooooo I am in love. I am SO picky but I really enjoyed Roxi Noir's Torched so I thought I'd try this one. Omg. Kostya... Aye aye.

Hazel is the daughter of an American ambassador to Sveloria, a small country outside of Russia. Her parents ask her to come spend a month there, where she can stay in a palace with the royal family. Once there, she meets the royal family under pretty interesting circumstances. Of course the other main character is Kostya, the crown prince, who is being pulled in two different directions. Under his father, he's expected to settle down with a nice Svelorian girl but his attraction to Hazel complicates things beyond what they already were.

I love Kostya and Hazel and I really loved how easily they fell together. Hazel was my kind of girl. Strong, adventurous, and not afraid to use her full "American" vocabulary. I loved it. And of course, Kostya was HOT. If you like this one I also recommend Torched, although I really LOVED this one!

There are quite a few Royal Prince/Commoner Beauty romances out at present. I have read and enjoyed quite a few of them. But REIGN is my absolute favorite of all of them.
Hazel and Kostya are a great combination as hero and heroine, both gaining a lot in character development as their relationship grows. (And they didn't even LIKE each other at the beginning!)
The story line is a good mixture of romance and sex, with a good bit of comic relief thrown in. I LOVED the robot suit! It reminded me of Sigourney Weaver in a movie (was it ALIEN?) where she had to fight in that big suit that reminded me of something to move boxes around a warehouse.
This truly was a delightful story that almost anyone could enjoy. GOOD JOB, ROXIE NOIR!

5.0 out of 5 stars Royally Screwed!!! 18 January 2017

I loved this book. It was funny in all the right places and sexy when the time came. It also made me want to pull my hair out.

Here we follow New Yorker Hazel. Who her mother invited aboard to a place where King and Queen still exist and said King rules with an iron fist.

Kostya' s father wants him to settle down and produce an heir, but at the cost of his unhappiness. Kostya doesn't want to marry a women who has no other aspirations than to please her husband.

But he wasn't ready for Hazel. Sure he didn't expect the foul mouthed sassy women who makes his blood boil and his......stiffen.

That journey wasn't an easy one either when the King wanted him to stay away from the alluring foreigner, but it was a fight Krista and Hazel we're more than willing to fight.
