Ugh! I just can’t with these books! I love them! Johnathan King. Need I say more?

I think my brain malfunctioned cause I don’t even know what I just read! One thing I do know, I do love me an Alpha Male, and Johnathan? He’s the definition. If you aren’t not one to read age gap, well, Johnathan will have you changing your tune in no time!

I love these characters. A strong independent, self made woman and an alpha male, a king who rules it all. I was so excited for this and it didn’t disappoint. We finally got to see a more in-depth look into the king and his queen. The connection and chemistry between the two had the sizzle factor at an all time high. The tension was palpable from the first page and going through their journey with them was a ride all on its own. The highs and lows made for an exciting read.

The plot was amazing and I cannot wait to see what book 2 in this duet has in store. I’m so hyped on this book I’m afraid I will say too much and spoil it. But I loved this book. It had everything, the drama, the tension, the power play, the steam, and much more. I couldn’t get enough.

Rina has done it again! It’s really no surprise. Definitely a 5⭐️ read for me.

Hot Damn.... 🔥age gap dark romance!! 🔥

Jonathon.... Jonathon ..... Jonathon.... I’m taking a while to write this review because hot damn... one might need to take a cold shower or two 🤣 I always thought the ruthless and meticulously controlled Daddy King would be hot.... but he’s next level!!

Rina Kent blew me away with this one. It was one of those books where you had a picture of how it would go before you started... and it turned out nothing like that but soooooo much better. I love that Jonathon is much more than I expected.... that the level of control he executes in everything from his business to personal interactions makes him appear fearless and without cracks in his armour. And Aurora.... what a perfectly fiesty and strong heroine to reluctantly stand up to the task of breaking down the mighty Mr King and working her way into those hairline gaps in his seemingly indestructible persona. These two are 🔥🔥🔥🔥together.

For me it was a page turner and one of my favourites of Rina Kent’s. She did a fabulous job of writing these characters and making you invested. I cannot wait to read the sequel.... bring on the rise of Queen Aurora.

Words cannot express how much I love all of Rina's books. But this is by far the hottest one !!! Daddy King gives all the boys a run for their money..

If you thought Aiden was bad clearly you have not met his dad yet, and you finally see where it all comes from Aiden is tame compared to Jonathon King. Aurora has been hidden away for many years and she's wanted it like that, but now she is back and Jonathan King wants to own his dead wifes little sister and he will do anything to get his way, no matter how much Aurora fights him at every whim he will get his way even if he has to break her to get her.

This isnt your typical nice romance no this is dark as hell. Jonathan King is the definition of Tyrant he really is and a hot as hell one as that, and no matter how much Aurora tries to stay away she can't. Aurora has secrets and Daddy king will stop at nothing to discover every single one of them. Reign of a king is by far the kinkiest out of Rinas books that ive read and i loved every second.

I really don't think anyone is ready for daddy king, we have been preparing ourselves in previous books but nothing can prepare you for what daddy brings to the table all i can say is expect the unexpected. Secrets, lies and kink have filled this book and it is so damm good but yes it ends in a huge cliffy and i need answers LIKE NOWWWWWW!!!! bring on part two i will be patiently be waiting i know every one of Rinas books is worth the wait and this will be no diffrent!!

Ugh!!!! Can i have part 2 like now???

Jonathan was everything i expected him to be. Dark, Ruthless, Cold, Kinky as hell, Dominant and ALL Alpha hotness! Everyone needs this "Villain" in their lives.

Aurora is the sister of Jonathan's wife who has passed away, we all know the story there so no need to go into it, but Jonathan has been searching for her for a long time and now that he has her, he isn't letting her go.

Aurora tries in vain to fight his advances but eventually succumbs and even defy's him on purpose as she loves the punishment that gets dished out. I mean who wouldn't? Its Daddy fn J! Aurora does have a backbone though so she stands up to him at every turn which i love in a female lead.

The chemistry is off the charts, the plot flows effortlessly with the perfect amount of suspense. And the ending, damn girl, give me some warning! Book 2 needed Stat!!

Not sure what i expected to find about Jonathon, but love Aurora, i think she is what Jonathon needs in his life. Thank you Rina for another great read, love your books. I would recommend reading the Royal Elite books first before continuing with this one, ALL of them will get you transfixed to the next book. Can't wait to read Rise of a Queen.

I can’t lie and say Jonathan never caught my attention, he was as ruthless as intriguing. Needless to say when Ms Kent said she was going to give us his story I was sold from day one.

Jonathan is the same cold, calculating handsome anti hero I came to know, it was bound to happen that I would fall at his feet like a wanton hussy. I liked to see things from his POV, although we don’t get many words from him, what we have is enough to uncover his perspective and motivate his choice. I also enjoyed how his control is slipping even though he’s reticent to admit defeat.

Aurora looks like Alice but the similarities end there, like Jonathan himself states. She’s looking for answers, she needs to solve the puzzle of her sister’s death; but at the same time she’s running away from a past that still haunts threatening her freedom and life. Just when she starts trusting in her bond with Jonathan something happens to put all her progress in jeopardy.

There are still so many answers to get, some mysteries to be uncovered, twists and turns ahead, I’m going head fast into the next book.
