I bought these for Crossfit workouts because my feet were cramping up when lifting in my Brooks running shoes.
I've been using these for about 2 weeks now, and the difference is huge. They fit true to size, normal medium width, and the heel box doesn't rub the back of my heel at all.
They're comfy for shorter sprints, but I wouldn't use them for anything over a mile at a time. They feel great when I lift with their sturdy, flat soles
My favorite thing is how airy they are. There's plenty of ventilation and they're light enough that my feet don't get hot at all.
Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, joseph william Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, j.W. Foster and sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.
