Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, joseph william Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, j.W. Foster and sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

I love this model of shoes!!! Perfect for cross training. Not so good on running. I have been workout out with this model for years.... I have found nouthing else that has sastified me. I feel close to the ground and I'm controll.

Absolutely no arch support. Flat as can be. I normally wear an 8.5 in running and workout shoes, I was swimming in an 8.5. I could easily be an 8 or 7.5 in the nano 4.
