Two of my favourite authors writing a series about a gorgeous group of men from the Ballsy Boys porn studio? What is not to love here???

K.M. Newhold blew me away with her Heathens Ink series and Nora Phoenix with her No Shame series so when this collaboration came to light, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. And the best part...this is only the first book!

I wasn't disappointed. The book is filled with characters that you immediately fall in love with. Pornstar Rebel and relationship-phobe Troy are the focus of this book and make a lovely introduction to the Ballsy Boys world. The characters are beautifully developed, with surprises on both sides that break the expected stereotypes in the best of ways. I also adored the glimpse at the characters to come as the series progresses. There is so much potential for emotional rollercoaster rides in between some very hot sexy times as proven by Rebel and Troy's journey.

Seriously, if you loved these writers individually, you will love Rebel.

Oh Rebel and Troy how I love these two. When two individually awesome authors get together to write a story, you know its going to be fanfreakintastic. This story is so well written and so cohesive, that you would almost think it was 1 author not 2. The dynamic between Rebel and his porn family and his real family is wonderful and his interactions with Troy are hot and sometimes hilarious. Troy is a little lost soul, sfter his early childhood issues, he doesnt let anyone in until he meets his favourite porn star Rebel ( and how he meets him is hilarious) Such a fantastic start to what is going to be a rollercoaster ride of Bally Boys, and I cant wait for the ride to continue.

Troy gets paid to dump people, so when he has a job to dump Rebel he is star struck and offers a better alternative 😉
From there it turns into a friends with benefits arrangement until it turns into more.

This was just the book I wanted to read and it was perfect!

What a fantastic book! I absolutely adore Miss Neuhold and Miss Phoenix's work so was really looking forward to this and it does not disappoint!
Rebel (Hendrix) is a porn star. He's extremely happy in his work and life apart from not being able to hold a long term relationship though he can understand how hard it would be for a partner to accept his work.
Troy has lived his life alone, foster care since 6yrs old and supporting himself ever since. Not allowing people close or letting himself trust others leads to a lonely life but it's safe for him.
A random meeting leads to them becoming "buddies" and friends, an alien concept to Troy but neither can deny how much they like being around the other. What follows is sweet, romantic and grips your heartstrings as you see both struggle with what is growing between them.
The characters is this book are amazing, strong and deep, holding your attention and keeping you interested right up until the last page of the book. And not just the MC's, the supporting characters - the rest of the Ballsy Boys family and Mason, Troy's only possible, maybe friend - bring to life the world that it's set in. Fully showing the sense of family that Ballsy Boys is to all of those involved. You can see the possible stories brewing for the other Boys and it's great, definitely drawing you in, thinking of the future and what the next books in the series will involve.
Rebel and Troy are adorable and you're rooting for them from the very beginning, wanting Rebel to have that love and stability and Troy the love and family that he never had growing up. When they make a trip for Rebel's parents anniversary, Troy is overwhelmed by the attention and care shown to him by the family and it makes you want to cry for him. Emotion is strong in many parts of the book and I just cannot wait for the next in the series!
I also want to say how well it's written in the book in regard to working in the porn industry. It's not skanky or demeaning or anything like that. It's work, that is enjoyed by those doing it even though for each it's for a different reason. It's written really well by Kyleen and Nora!
I definitely recommend this to fans of both authors and for anyone looking for a romance, comedy, hot page turner :-)

4.25 stars from me. Don't normally read stories connected with the Porn Industry, but I'm absolutely loving the Irresistible Omegas series by Nora Phoenix of which Alpha's Sacrifice is book 1, and the characters are so good that I thought I'd try something else of hers.

Pretty happy that I did...I loved all of the Ballsy Boys characters, and Hendrix [yes, that Hendrix, even though they spelt his name wrong, it's Jimi guys...] and Troy made for a cute couple, once they'd gotten over Troy's trust and abandonment issues. Of course, Rebel [Hendrix...what can you do with hippie parents 😉??] was getting more involved in the creative side of the business, and his participation on the 'active' side of Ballsy Boys was lessening, so finding someone [Troy] who already knew he was a porn star and didn't mind his 'job' was a huge plus.

This begins their story which has some ups, some downs and ends fantastically.
Love both K.M. Neuhold and Nora Phoenix’s writing so the two of them together is awesome. Can’t wait for more Ballsy Boys.
