This is one of the best books written on the Akashic Records I have read. Melissa has an excellent presentation. She writes with clarity and leads the reader into a deeper understanding of the Records. There is so much information in this book that I intend reading it again.
I was not aware of what the akashic Records were and this book was very thorough in providing all the information you need to know including meditations. Well written and easy to understand. As a beginner it was the best book for me to learn.
I finished reading this book in August 2019 within a month and I learnt so much from it that I immediately enrolled for Melissa’s Akashic Reading courses level 1 and 2. The knowledge in the book and the courses took me on a much higher path. Within a space of six months since I completed the level 2 course, I have touched, healed and empowered so many souls. The gratitude from my clients is so great that I give most of the credit, gratitude and love to Melissa Feick for the teachings and the knowledge. Thank you very very much, Melissa.
This is an easy read s well as an enjoyable introduction to the Akashic Records, and unlike many of the books I've read on this and similar topics, I found it to be helpful and well written. The author uses a casual and friendly tone that helped me feel engaged with the topic and makes reference to numerous sound sources. I happily recommend this be included in your reading if you are curious to find out about what the Akashic Records are.
I've been following a spiritual path for several years now, and I only recently came across the Akashic Records. It's soooo interesting and this book goes into so much detail. I also loved author Melissa's writing style...and this was a real page turner for me.
I was particularly interested in the chapters on karma and how to transcend it, aswell as the section on your ego and your true purpose in life.
The price is very low, so there's a lot that can be overlooked. But if the author is serious about this work, some editing would go along way. As another reviewer noticed, she keeps mentioning the chapters about working with karma again and again, to the point of it being annoying. I find her advice about taking responsibility right to the point, but I'm not satisfied with the info about how one heals in the Records. The meditations are nice and I think effective, but one should be warned that results are obtained with repetition. I don't think someone new to this will sit and reach the appropriate level of consciousness just like that. Also, 8 chakras are utilised in the meditations, but the author doesn't explain what and where the 8th one is, which is a serious omission... All in all, I'd call it OK, but I do suggest other books on the subject (e.g. Linda Howe, Lisa Barnett, Sandra Ann Taylor).
Sorry but I did not find this satisfying at all. I do believe in the Akashic records, common consciousness and many other 'out there' theories but I did not find this writer bridged the gap between that the records are and how to access them. She did not provide a convincing version of what the Akashic records actually are.
