I boght this item because I needed a reliable alarm clock radio and this one looked a little funky. In fact when it arrived it turned out to be cheap and nasty. The radio won't tune into two of Sydney's most popular Fm radio stations. When I eventually found a station with reception, I still ended up with an earful of static when the alarm went off in the morning.
The light that you can activate on the top, in a variety of colours, is actually quite bright so it might only be suitable for a kid who is afraid of the dark.
I going to be returning this little toy radio for credit as I don't think its fit for purpose.
