RECLAiM: The Blueprint to a better you written by Michael Abdallah is a highly readable book packed with wisdom, understanding, and passion. Each of the 21 Principles, set out to improve not only your physical health, but also your social and emotional well-being, are thoroughly developed and described. For example, The Principle of Positivity, “This principle is about positivity and embracing change… we need to program our subconscious mind to autonomously work towards whatever it is that we desire, and this has to be done on a daily basis… I've prepared a positivity promise for you…” The prepared positivity promise is powerful, as Michael is able to empathise and connect deeply with the reader in order for them to realise the potential of positivity they can attract into their life.
This book offers a beacon of light to people who actively want to take control of their health and well-being. RECLAiM: The Blueprint to a better you is practical, realistic, and full of truth and understanding. This book is a well-being treasure trove. I thoroughly recommend it.
