Decent plotReviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 December 2019
I have read a number of this series which I guess are a little quirky but enjoyable.Sadly this, along with some of the others, is littered with typos some of which are significant Had it not been for these I would probably have given it 5 stars
Great detective stories.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 February 2017
Another great set of Rafferty and Llewelyn stories. These 4 are more examples of how good an author Geraldine is. Some more personal problems for D.I. Rafferty involving both his fiancé and his mother. Can he manage to hold it together and solve the cases? Great reads yet again.

Really Good, Fun MysteriesReviewed in the United States on 31 January 2019
I really enjoy this series. I got the first box set 1-4 for free and liked them so much I’m buying the rest as I go along. I love her sense of humor and the characters she has created. If you like mysteries — especially British ones — you’ll be glad you dove into these.

Endlessly EntertainingReviewed in the United States on 8 May 2017
This boxed set of the Rafferty and Llewellyn is endlessly entertaining. As usual Rafferty's family are involved and provide the humour. Whether the story is plausible is a question of personal taste I guess. However, the series provides some welcome light relief.

Good books!!Reviewed in the United States on 3 May 2018
As usual, Geraldine Evans presents the Rafferty and Llewellyn stories with humor and wit. Her characters are believable, and the storylines are fascinating. A must read for mystery lovers.
