The idea is good and once setup its okay.
However..
1) The instruction manual that comes with this is pretty bad. Instructions are not very clear, pictures are a bit low quality.
2) Packaging was almost good (almost all parts individually wrapped in plastic) but noticed several parts were already scratched badly even though they were covered in plastic.
3) The powder coating is too thick, makes it quite a fight to slide 2 bars into each other.
4) Rubber floor pads (8pc) are different than what the pictures suggest. The pictures here on Amazon shows rubber pads that you can screw in with bolts so that they don’t move and damage the floor when you use the pull up bar. The rubber pads that came with my order are useless, they can’t stay in position because there is no way to screw them in. I guess I’ll have to try out glue for these or just buy 1x1m rubber floor mats. Very bad.
Anyways once setup and you dont mind scratching your floor, its okay. It does wobble but not in the sense that makes it feel unsafe.
From what's out there on the market, I'd say go ahead and buy it because there's not really a better alternative. I just wish the experience of setting it up would be easier. Once its setup, all is good though.
I've updated my review from 3 to 4 stars after having it used for a few weeks, quite happy with it.
