Style Name:Adjust-A-Slice and Julienne

Progressive julienne and slicer mandoline gives you the power to prepare food fa Slice potatoes for scalloped potatoes or kiwi for fruit salad then flip the knob to pop up the julienne blades and cut zucchini for stir-fry or carrots for garnish. The slicer's easy adjustment button allows you to select the perfect thickness for your task. Wider slicing surface will accommodate larger produce. Sliding button adjusts between three thicknesses: thin, medium and thick. Slide button down to lock for safe cleaning and storage. Angled blade provides more efficient food slicing. Non-skid base and ridges keep slicer stable on cutting surface and allow for use over a bowl. The materials used are ABS, POM, polypropylene, stainless steel and thermoplastic elastomer. It is dishwasher safe.

I have been looking for a Mandoline ever since and bought branded ones like the Benriner & Swissmar but not to my preference. This Prepworks by Progressive is easy to use with no detached blades to insert and buts or shred the vegetables that I usually use. The made and color was perfect too, I just hope that this will last for a long time to enjoy!

This mandolin does not take up too much space and is so easy to use and clean! The dial adjuster is such a good design, it keeps your hands away from the blade when adjusting size and cut style. Many other mandolins make you switch out blades or have dials very close to the blade, which is just asking for trouble. Just remember to use the guard because that blade is sharp.

Me encanta, me arrepiento de no haberlo comprado antes, me facilita mucho la vida, las cuchillas estan muy filosas, la unica area de oportunidad seria donde se “ensartan” las verduras, los picos son muy cortos por lo que hay que hacer mucha presion para que no se caiga. En general si lo recomiendo.
