About the Author

R. Michael Bracy is a graduate of the King Fahd Center for Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Arkansas and has lived in numerous countries in the Middle East. From 2002 to 2003, he worked as a Fulbright Scholar in Beirut, Lebanon before taking the position of assistant professor at Oklahoma State University.
