Good book, good price and good service!
Not an updated revised bookReviewed in the United States on 16 October 2015
I saw the headline "Principles and Practices of Winemaking Paperback – October 12, 2010" and thought it was an update of the 90s book, which I have. I give Amazon 1 star for misleading copy, myself 1 star for not reading further, and Boulton et al 5 stars, if it were 1996, but it is not. So, the star system doesn't quite work.

It may be old..Reviewed in the United States on 3 May 2013
It may be old and a bit dry at times, with a lot of probably not needed information/points of view BUT it's the most comprehensive book of it's kind from one of the most comprehensive wine-making schools in the world. Fantastic book and great for learning or reference.
Must have book for winemakingReviewed in the United States on 11 April 2020
If you only buy one book to learn about how to make wine... this is it.
