Nice quality pad, way better than 3-fold yoga mat. Not slippery, holds tight, looks funny (I get teased for my pink one a bit, but whatever). Feels amazing in squats, but I can still feel the pressure with my pubic bone when doing 60 kg hip thrusts. So if you're super-sensitive, or lift more than that, be advised it might not be the optimal solution for you. I can tolerate this sensation though.
