This book has been life changing and truly amazing for me. I read the pre notes and felt this book had been written for me. I thank Julian for putting years of personal hardship and trauma into this book for others to help heal their lives.
This book is proof that you can heal from tinnitus, and holds a very practical and proven way to do so. So simple and logical in many ways, but for us who have pushed and been pushed our whole lives it can be easy Miss.
Quite simply this book restored my sanity and gave me a firm belief I can get over this condition. Which is a life saver as so many people have such negativity and fear around this condition.
Julian is amazing, and he deserves so much more recognition for his research into wellbeing and stressors. Who else could better write a guide to healing, than someone who has done this first hand.
Thank you Julian, I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all your help.
