My only complaint is that I could not afford a larger set! These Polychromos are fantastic and more affordable than Derwents, which I really like. The Polys' colors are deep and rich; and cover any area so much better than my Big-Box pencils. If you are a colorbook-enthusiast like me, and you are looking for more intensity and coverage in your pencils, buy these. Or, put them on your Wish List!
(For non-electric pencil sharpeners) If your pencils break off when sharpening them, try this: hold the pencil in your non-dominant hand and a good pencil sharpener in the other hand. Something about the pencil's angle with the sharpener does the trick. Keep turning a few turns at a time, and you'll end up with sharp points. I am getting used to sharp points and love it! (A Derwent video on You-Tube taught me this method of sharpening my pencils. They get the credit, I get a lot of non-frustrating coloring time.
