About this item
You’ll be brought to the Sinnoh region, the setting for Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl; But this story unfolds in a long-gone era, before ideas such as being a Pokémon Trainer or having a Pokémon League even existed
All around, you’ll find Pokémon living wild in harsh environments that make for a Sinnoh unlike the region you may remember from the days of Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl
To catch Pokémon in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, you can observe them to learn their behaviour, then carefully sneak up, aim your Poké Ball and let fly
You can also have your ally Pokémon battle wild Pokémon that you hope to catch; Just throw the Poké Ball holding your ally Pokémon near a wild Pokémon, and you’ll seamlessly enter battle and command your Pokémon by choosing from moves it knows
As you start off on your adventure to create the region’s first Pokédex, you’ll be able to choose Rowlet, Cyndaquil, or Oshawott as a partner; These three Pokémon arrived with a Pokémon Professor, who encountered them on research excursions to various regions
Catch, survey and research wild Pokémon to create and complete the Sinnoh region’s first Pokédex in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Pokémon Legends: Arceus honours past Pokémon games’ core gameplay while infusing new action and RPG elements.

It’s just not cool to receive an item you have been waiting for long and it arrived unsealed!!! Also not sure if it’s supposed to come with a little map or instruction book like some other games.
A very unique take on a pokemon game, but I love it. Graphics aren't good but honestly I don't care about that, the gameplay is great and it runs very well. The case came unsealed, but that doesn't really matter and way too many people make such a big deal about that.
This new pokemon tried something new, a big open world, with pokemon wandering around like in a real world. The story is interesting and gameplay is fun and new, I think the only gripe I have with the game is the graphics, they can be a bit 'basic' and leaves something to be desired but the new mechanics and direction the game is going make up for it.
The core loop of this game is compelling. So many elements of Pokemon battles and catching have been streamlined to support exploration and keeping you immersed in the fun. No long-winded text menus or turn based battles. Everything happens in real time. Just chuck those Pokeballs everywhere to catch the Pokemon as you stumble upon them. The switch hardware lets the game down as the textures and asset pop-in are low quality. The story was not particularly engaging but the core mechanics are solid. A great buy if you feel the Pokemon formula was getting a bit stale.
I enjoyed playing this pokemon game. I received the game without any plastic film which I don't really mind but you can't really tell if it's a secondhand game or not.
Great game , the new way of catching pokemon is a lot better than older games, and open levels with different pokemon you can ride on while the levels are open areas also an improvement on old games. Was also getting over having to battle so many people in the old games to move forward this game doesn't Have that issue more about battling wild pokemon
I always struggled with Pokemon games, trying to take three steps out of a town leading to extremely frequent battles, or being unable to see the Pokemon you actually wanted. This game is a lot more engaging and you get to sneak up on the little dudes and catch them that way sometimes, which is fun. Absolutely recommend.
Fantastic fun fresh outlook of Pokemon, the recent editions of Pokemon and the Diamond/Pearl remakes started to bore me so this game was definitely exciting.
The game can be a little slow at the start but is an excellent adventure and exploration game throughout.
If you like BOTW and Pokemon, you'll love this game.
