I was able to complete the game in only a few sittings. Like about 4 weekend sessions. Has a great story, and it really does hook you in. Very similar playstyle as original Spider-man and Miles Morales, so it won't feel unfamiliar. But there are new elements in combat that makes it feel a bit more fresh compared to previous games.

One con I have is that sometimes dialogue can feel a bit labored. Like, you already know the gist of what the interacting character is saying, but they way some characters talk can feel so boring at times during cutscenes. Like I wish they let you skip some lines, and pauses, to get to the next sentence as I'm reading the subtitles faster than they are speaking them.

After you complete the game for the first time, the game opens up to an "Ultimate" playthrough of the game, with higher difficulty. The combat does feel more challenging, but I kind of wish there was more content. More side missions, instead of the same "crime" side missions over and over.

Overall, if you enjoyed the previous Spider-man games, you'll like this one

If you've played the two previous instalments you won't be disappointed. They build wonderfully on top of them in terms of both story, and playability. If you're new to the series you'll have a great time, but if you'll definitely get more out of it if you play the others first.
