While I appreciate that the author believes what he is preaching, and his lectin-free and supplement plans might well work under his supervision with three-monthly blood testing, after a while he started to sound like a used car salesman. All those miraculous healings taking just three months? If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I read the whole book but decided to stick to the Australian CSIRO's Low-carb diet, which is backed by scientific study. I reckon limiting carbs to 50 mg a day is going to save me from a lot of lectins anyhow, so I can feel good about that. Just in case.
