Lisa is a registered dietitian who has worked in the NHS for nearly a decade, specialising first in gastroenterology where she worked for six years before moving into child and adolescent mental health where she is currently working.
Lisa's interest in the area of plant-based nutrition and fertility began when her and her husband had their own experience of infertility and commenced IVF treatment in 2017. Lisa fully understands the physical and emotional rollercoaster that such a journey brings and is passionate about supporting others through that journey. Her new book The Plant-Based Dietitian's Guide to Fertility was born from that passion and highlights the impact that positive diet and lifestyle changes can make to both men and women to optimise their chances of conceiving.
