The new Pixel 3 Case by Moment has nice small improvements over the one originally offered for the Pixel 2, such as a raised lip offering better screen protection and better protection around the USB-C port, which should offer better protection overall. It also has raised volume rockers and a raised power button, which is a very welcome improvement over the last one, which had button flush with the case (not great).
However, this case costs $30, purely because Moment can charge that much because of its proprietary lens mounting system. For $30, this case should have essentially no flaws. It's a premium price in an industry where a case with great protection being very thin can be around $10. The largest flaw, which I noticed immediately upon putting on the case, is that the cut-out for the fingerprint sensor is off-center. Now, you may say "oh it's just a small issue," but no. It's a $30 case that bothers the hell out of me, and I imagine will bother many others as well.
Drop it. We dare you. Our Photo Case brings the best of a camera (subtle grip, attachable lenses, and a strap) and combines it with the traditions of a super rugged case...all without the bulk. Designed by the photographers at Moment this case is meant to be used. A lot. The front edges are raised so that your screen is protected. The double wall construction provides compression when your gear hits the ground. The bottom is fully enclosed to provide additional protection. The strap attachment makes it easy to add a wrist or neck strap to your phone. While the Moment Lens interface enables you to pop in a beautiful M-series lens. If you want photography and protection, this case is for you.
