Pros:
The bang for the buck, relatively high refresh rate (100hz), 34 inch, okay pannel, built in dock with kvm(awesome), PD 90W, very friendly to 15inch above MBP and other usb c charged devices. Plenty of other ports, my setup is: thunder bolt 3 cable connect to my macbook pro 16, charging, data transfer and video input at the same time; i have a benq screenbar charged by one of the usb port; i have a wireless charger connects to another usb port; display port connects to my pc so that i can use picture by picture or picture in picture along with the macbook; usb upstream port connects to my pc so i can use one set of keyboard and mouse between pc and macbook, simply toggle kvm source (usb c or usb upstream). Overall, a good all rounder, productivity with gaming potential(non-hardcore) . There are other ultrawide monitors out there but non has this wide range of features at this price point. If you willing spend double the $, google 49inch monitors. You will see
Cons: Panel isnt very great, but considering the price, didnt expect too much. Maybe not ideal for designers. Plastic doesnt feel premium, good quality though. Not a fan of the stand design, takes too much space. I actually bought a monitor mounting arm, much better.

Pros:
It has all the basic features you would expect from a monitor within the same price range like 100hz refresh rate, 1440p ultrawide,1500R curved display, a decent VA panel, FreeSync support, and G-sync compatible. What made this the king of WFH monitor is all the extra features that come with it that would nornamlly cost you at least a few hundreds more:
1. Adjustable monitor position and tilt angle. This sounds like a basic feature, but supprisingly not a lot ultrawide monitors have it. Also it has a really solid stand.
2. VESA compatible. I like the potential that I can eventially do a triple monitor setup.
3. Built in KVW. So far this is the only monitor I see that comes with a built in KVM. Do keep a note that you need to purchase yourself a USB 3.0 A to B cable. So sad they didn't include one...
4. USB-C Charging and Docking. This + the KVM has made my life so much easier. I have a macbook that I use for work and I can just plug one cable in and it handles charing, display, network, and usb connections all together.
5. Connectivity. 4 usb ports(1 quick charge) and 1 eth port, and connected to 2 PCs with KVM.
Cons:
There are some issues that I noticed or room for improvements:
1. A bug that the monitor will go into a charge -> sleep -> charge .... loop when my connected macbook goes into sleep mode. Hopefully they can fix this by a driver update.
2. PBP mode scalling not working properly for me. My displays do not go into full screen when in PBP mode.
3. Keyboard shortcut for OSD controlls would be a plus since you already have a KVM built in. So I can quickly switch between inputs.
4. The built in speaker is just embarrassing...
Overall this feels like a remake of Dell u3419w which costs 300 more, but I believe that one will have better quality as well. So this is a true bang for the buck!
[UPDATE]
1. On the mac book charge loop issue, I noticed that it would only happen when the vedio input for the monitor is from a different source. If I have the input set to USB-C and the problem will be gone.
2. The 4 usb inputs on the side panel were not created equal, I had to swap them several times to get both my mouse and keyboard recognized.

It does the job pretty well when I'm actively working nothing to complain about that. Having one single cable hooked to to my laptop is very convenient and I can keep my Mackbook charger elsewhere like in my bag.
Being a software developer, the size of the screen is very convenient.
However, the biggest complaint I have is when my Macbook in sleep mode while the USB-C is still connected. I expected to have to monitor in a sleep mode state and to still charge my laptop.
The actual behavior is that the monitor keeps changing the screen between a black screen with the "No video input" message, then a black screen with the "Enter sleep mode" message, then a blue screen with the Philips logo. The 3 different screens are displayed one after the other over and over. The monitor is never really in a sleep mode.
Moreover, when the screen is transitioning from the second black screen to the blue screen with Philips logo, both the USB-C port and the USB charging port stop giving power for a second before charging again. It's as if the monitor stop giving power for a second and restarts to give it back which outputs a power chime sound from my laptop. I had to disable it to make it less annoying.
But still a bit annoying because the Macbook screen will display that its now charging before going back into a black screen.
I tried to switch the USB-C cable with the Apple one, I tried using two different USB-C dongle. No luck.
I started a conversation with Philips support to see if that's a known issue.
I'm considering returning them if this is not fixed as I won't get the charging capability convenience anymore. I might be changing for a 4k monitor instead.
If anybody else has the same problem please let me know!

I did not have a USB C connect or for my laptop or display port for my PC so I used the following setup.
Laptop - HDMI to display port adaptor cable (works great) for video with USB A to USB C for uplink
PC - HDMI cable for video with USB A to USB 3.0B (not included) for uplink
Setup work awesome for my needs. Could not be happier.

Also, the USB-C charges my laptop and is the only wire I need to the screen where I have my external hdd, webcam, mouse/keyboard plugged it. I absolutely love the 1 cable quick connection to the screen for laptop power and all my devices.
5 star for sure.
